Waitlist and early access
Joining the waitlist records your interest but does not guarantee a launch date, invitation, feature set, marketplace access, price, or availability in a particular country or device platform. Invitations may be released in stages and may be limited for testing or safety reasons.
You must submit information that is accurate and belongs to you. Do not use the form to send spam, malicious content, or another person’s email address without permission.
Field, map, and identification safety
Rock and mineral identification based on photographs can be uncertain. Website examples and future app suggestions are educational clues, not guaranteed scientific identifications, valuations, medical advice, or safety certifications.
Collecting locations may be incomplete, outdated, restricted, environmentally sensitive, privately owned, or unsafe. Always verify current laws and site rules, obtain permission, respect closures and protected areas, use appropriate supervision and safety equipment, and leave sensitive locations undisturbed.
Website and brand content
The RockClue name, logo, illustrations, interface previews, copy, and website design are owned by RockClue or used with permission. You may view the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy the branding, scrape the waitlist, interfere with the service, or present preview features as a released product.
Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy practices apply.
Disclaimers and limitations
The website and waitlist are provided on an “as available” basis during development. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every preview accurately represents the final app.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RockClue is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on preview content, uncertain identifications, collecting-site access, user conduct, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as RockClue develops. The effective date above will be changed when a revised version is posted. Material app, community, and marketplace rules will be presented before those features become available.
